Dr. Elysha Greenberg is eclectic in her therapeutic approach in that she incorporates techniques from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy, play therapy, expressive arts therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, client-centered counseling, psychoeducation, and an integrative approach focusing on the whole person and all aspects of their life experiences. Elysha’s style is one of true compassion and authentic interest in the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of each client she meets. Dr. Elysha believes in the importance of helping clients to understand their challenges in collaboration with their areas of strength and offers a supportive, focused, and unique approach to managing difficulties and fostering growth.

Elysha has been providing counseling services since 2010. Prior to joining our team, this counseling professional’s experience in multiple therapeutic settings (i.e., clinic, residential treatment, center, school) brings a diversified clinician and skilled addition to our private practice team. Elysha speaks fluent English and Spanish. Elysha holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
